Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

• Bauerfeind Macao ( AGON SPORTS - MACAU) ships most orders the same-day of receipt within the Macau. Transit times are based on business days.
• Orders billing to credit cards are shipped once credit card approval and address verification is made.
• Orders received after 2pm (Macao Time) will not be processed until the next business day.
• Free shipping  on over MOP 1,000 purchase each time, shipping fee will be charged if purchase less than MOP 1,000
• All orders are shipped via S.F Express and it will takes 3-7 business days to receive your order.

Remark : It will takes 10-15 business days to receive your order  if  your product is out of stock

• Agon Sports - Macau currently does not ship internationally.
